In New Zealand, rights for copyright protection are provided for in the Copyright Act 1994 and Copyright Regulations 1995. By accessing this website you agree to abide by the laws governed by New Zealand and the Copyrighted works of the owner of this website.

This website is owned by Lester Chan Fine Art (LCFA). All information contained in this website and is not limited to the images, graphics and text may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, republished or used for any purpose without the prior written consent of LCFA. All rights reserved.

Pricing

All Prices listed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Terms of Sale

Additional charges

You agree that you are liable for any taxes/customs handling fees and/or additional charges that may be applied when receiving your fine art order. LCFA reserves the right to enforce where required by law that the consumer is to pay for these additional taxes.

Changes and Ordering

You are solely responsible for supplying the correct personal information including the correct postal address and valid payment method. No responsibility will be taken by LCFA due to the incorrect delivery address being provided.

All works are custom orders. Production begins immediately after purchase and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work(s) cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded at any time.

Shipping Destinations

We use an International Courier Service that can deliver worldwide.

Delivery

Based in New Zealand, we aim to have all items delivered within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Please be patient, however, if the item has not been received within 60 days following delivery please notify us. Loss in transit will need to be raised against the postal company.

Shipping Problems/Damage

We must be notified of any damage or defects made during transit/shipping. This must be made within 30 days since delivery and photographic proof will be required to review and determine whether damage occurred during shipping. If we approve your request we will replace your order. LCFA reserves the right to refuse replacement of the order if we do not believe the damage to have been incurred during transit.

Returns Policy

If your use of our site or services is in violation of these Terms of Sale or our Terms of Use, we may refuse to accept any returns from you.
