Mount Ngauruhoe bathing in the beautiful colours of a summer sunset. I still remember this moment like it was yesterday. As we got up to this viewpoint, we were treated with panoramic views of the surrounding volcanic mountains and native bush as the skies above erupted in some of the most breathtaking colours I've ever witnessed.
