Kaikoura, the land of abundance. On this cold winter’s morning, the breathtaking colours of dawn painted the skies above its stunning limestone coast and distant snow-capped mountains. As the fishing vessels begin to head out to sea, it was the final quintessential piece of the image I had envisioned. This was the moment waiting to be captured. I held my breath and clicked the shutter, taking in all the beauty Kaikoura had to offer.
